The B.Ed Program

The B.Ed Program

Faculty of Education offers two years program in Education. The program offers students, a unique opportunity to actively engage and thoughtfully process relevant issues in education. It develops domain of knowledge, teaching skills, IT skills and soft skills. Students are trained in computer aided learning ambience where they get to meet students from different linguistic, cultural and behavioral backgrounds.

Eligibility :

  1. Pass with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.

  2. The reservation and relaxation for SC/ ST/OBC/PWD and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Central Government/ State Government .

  3. Final year degree students awaiting results can also apply.

Duration :
The duration of the program is two years which comprises of four semesters of coursework and teaching practice.

Case Study and Community Empowerment Project (CSCEP).
