Order to take action against the American Institute

Guwahati High Court, Agartala Bench has ordered AICTE and Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India to take action against the American CFA Institute within six weeks. The order was against the petition filed by Icfai University Tripura.

American CFA Institute does not have recognition from University Grants Commission or from the AICTE. This Institute has been declined recognition in Britain also as the word “ Charter” can be misleading
