The Bachelor of Business Administration Program aims to impart knowledge and understanding of the basics of management. It is designed for students seeking a career in management after graduation and also for those who wish to progress to the MBA qualification later. 

Eligibility : 10+2 (any discipline)

Duration : 3 years

Medium of Instruction : English

Students who have pursued their degree program in non-English medium are advised to undergo proper preparatory courses in Business English so that they can cope with the BBA Program.

Detailed curriculum will be provided to the enrolled students through the Students Regulations Book. (Examinations for each subject is for 100 marks and of 3 hours duration).

Students are required to choose any two subjects as electives from the following. 

  • Advertising and Communications: Advertising and Communications

  • Banking: Money and Banking, Banking Management

  • Capital Markets: Capital Markets, Investment Management

  • Finance: Working Capital Management, Project Management

  • Human Resource Management: Organization Behavior

  • Insurance: Life Insurance, General Insurance

  • Sales and Marketing: Marketing Research, Sales Management.

Validity of enrollment

The students are required to complete BBA Program within a period of seven years from the date of enrollment. Students who are unable to complete the program within the validity period of seven years, but still keen on continuing the program, are required to register de novo by paying the requisite fee.

Award

On successful completion of the BBA Program, the students will be awarded the "Bachelor of Business Administration" (BBA) Degree from the ICFAI University, Tripura.
