The Indian Express, Mumbai – March 27, 2007 The All India Council for Technical Education has refrained the CFA Institute of the USA from issuing advertisements and seeking admissions in India for violating the AICTE guidelines for foreign institutions operating in India. The High Court of Guwahati, Agartala Bench had directed AICTE and the Ministry of HRD, Government of India to take action against the American CFA Institute in six weeks. The AICTE has asked the CFA Institute of the US to refrain from issuing advertisements and seeking admissions in India for violating the guidelines. |
